Job Details: This position exists to provide functional guidance to staff and to perform duties of the work area''s major function. This position will also coordinate daily duty scheduling and work flow oversight. This position primarily monitors and reports work flow functions.QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
?Requires the ability to handle all situations with the appropriate response. ?Requires the ability to explain instructions in simple terminology. ?Requires demonstrated knowledge of all HACCP procedures. ?Requires knowledge of scheduling procedures. ?Requires knowledge of personnel management. ?Requires a high level of organizational skills. ?Requires the ability to complete required documentation in a timely manner. ?Requires basic computer skills and knowledge of Cbord and Micros systems. ?Requires the ability to operate all work area equipment.
