By employing our own field crews, Phoenix offers a turnkey operation through engineering, fabrication, foundation installation, field erection, field coating and maintenance.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities Working outside loading steel onto rollers of machine with a overhead crane o Work under a Shop Supervisor and with shop team members using applied practices o Practice safe, thorough, and positive work habits o Use basic math skills to calculate dimensions and weights o Load and unload steel plate, pipe, rods, and other steel parts using outside overhead bridge crane o Load and unload conveyor rollers feeding material into a shot blasting machine o Using overhead bridge cranes to move material around o Use proper rigging techniques to safely move material o Able to perform machine maintenance on shot blasting machinePOSITION REQUIREMENTS Required and Desired Abilities/Qualifications o Must be able to perform job duties safely and within a timely manner o Must be able to demonstrate safe and positive work habits o Must have a high school diploma or equivalent o Must be willing to work 40 plus hours per week o Must have a reliable transportation o Must be able to lift 50 lbs o Good organizational skills o Must be able to read a tape measure Preferred Abilities o Knowledge and use of overhead bridge crane operationPI1ced03993961-31181-29467737 Recommended Skills Bridge Crane Operation Calculations Coordinating Maintenance Mathematics Transportation Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
